Dr. LaSorsa was hired as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Children’s Home of Reading in 2004.  He previously held various positions in a large not-for-profit organization since 1996.  Most recently, he served as the Pennsylvania Director of Community-Based Programs. In this position, he was responsible for all administrative and clerical oversight of approximately twenty programs.  Other positions held include Program Director and Hospital and Residential Staff Psychologist.  Much of his career has been spent in counseling and psychotherapy with mental health, substance abuse, and juvenile male sex offenders.
